Module summary

Students must complete a minimum of 9-months in a full-time, graduate level role. Although it is expected that most students will complete one longer placement, the 9-months minimum duration requirement can be made up of a maximum of two placements, one of which must be a minimum of six months and the other must be a minimum of three months. You are expected to find and organise your placement and start date in line with company requirements, though the LUBS Employability and Opportunity Team and the Careers Service can offer support through this process. During the placement the company is expected to provide managerial support and supervision and you will also receive support from a University placement tutor. You complete three self-assessment questionnaires, and feedback is requested from your manager and a workplace colleague (peer). The three sets of questionnaires are then used to write a 100% reflective portfolio assignment.
